This was my enjoyable stay on road trip. I loved the room with kitchenette, the bed was extremely comfy. Every staff member was particularly helpful and amiable.

The room was airy, moreover impressive with kitchenette. The hotel employees were absolutely kind and nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my room - spacious well appointed and well laid out with kitchenette. The breakfast is served in the lounge area! All the staff members are accommodating and exceptionally kind.

We really enjoyed its location, it was comfy and absolutely perfect and not far from restaurants and shopping as well as market square.

Loved our rooms with a dishwasher. We had a dishwasher, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge in the room. The location was comfy and unbeatable, for example, Valley View Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. There was a good restaurant, shopping centers and a market next door.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with several restaurants and shopping options nearby to heat everything up. We were pleasantly surprised to find a good Mexican restaurant right next door, perfect for a tasty dinner. Additionally, being near market square allowed for convenient access to various shops and amenities. The room itself was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff at the hotel, particularly Johanna at the front desk and the gentleman serving breakfast, made our experience even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with cleanliness.

Loved the incredible room with a dishwasher. The location was favourable, within walking distance of The vr Center.

The location was magnificent, near market square overlooking mountain. The room we had included a safe, television and a microwave oven.

In my case they offered Hearing Access room with dishwasher and 1 sofa bed, as example and that was great.

We were there for 2 days, everything was nice, loved its absolutely perfect location very close to restaurants and shopping and eateries and mall and Roanoke.

Great location near the airport and mall with plenty of restaurant options. Clean and spacious rooms with ample workspace and USB outlets. Comfy sofa and well-equipped kitchen. Bright and spacious lobby with free breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Laundry room, gym, and pool are clean and well-appointed.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.
